One thing that I love to do is read. I make a point of reading three to four a month if not more. I think that it is essential for an author to enjoy books and lets face it I would rather read than watch television any day of the week.
Wes Montgomery watched his entire family fall in love, and now finds himself ready to settle down. Except the one person he seems to find chemistry with is not only his twin’s ex, she also works for Montgomery Inc. But when the two find themselves in one compromising situation after another, Wes realizes he’s having second thoughts about the dynamic woman who’s burst her way into his life. Sure she sets off his temper, but she also makes him hot in every other way possible.
Jillian Reid never loved her best friend like everyone thought she should, so she pushed him away so he could have his future. Now, despite fighting it, she finds herself attracted to the one man she shouldn’t. When her father’s health takes a turn for the worse, and a danger no one saw coming show its face, she’s forced to turn to Wes for help. The two of them have fought off their attraction long enough, and each cave to the desire. But this enemies-to-lovers tale might have an ending no one ever dreamed of.
Everybody has problems. But Travis? Yeah, he has so many problems that he finds it hard to breathe sometimes.
He spends five years catering to his ex-wife’s every want and need—all to make it possible to continue to see his child.
He isn’t supposed to fall in love with a woman, but he does.
He isn’t supposed to find someone that is willing to put up with his ex-wife’s crazy antics, but he has.
He isn’t supposed to be happy, but he is.
And all it takes is his ex-wife finding out about his new-found peace for things to change.
Hannah saw him and knew he was the one.
All it took was one look into that haunted man’s eyes, and she was lost, never to be found again.
She thinks she has it all. His love, a new baby made with that love, and a house to raise their blended family.
She’s wrong, and Travis’ ex-wife is out to prove it.
Travis doesn’t deserve Hannah. All he’s done is hurt her.
She’s done everything in her power to keep everyone happy, but the more she tries, the harder his ex-wife pushes. Until one day, there’s nothing left to push.
Hannah leaves, and Allegra wins.
But Travis isn’t willing to let her have her way any longer.
He fights back, and only gets a bullet to the chest to show for it.
The first book in this series, Hail No, came out on Sept. 27th and I always read books by Lani Lynn on the day they release.
With 5,000 reviews and a 4.5-star average, this series is NOT to be missed. FIVE full-length stand alone novels (1,400 pages total), each telling the story of a different member of the MC. There is no cheating, no sex outside the relationship, no abuse of women, and always an HEA with no cliffhanger. These STEAMY contemporary romance novels are not the typical MC Romance. These are MC Romance novels written by an author who has ridden in an MC (yes, he’s a romantic at heart). These novels are fast-paced, filled with humor, and smoking hot.
NOTE: The author nor the publisher take responsibility for setting your Kindle ABALAZE!!!
I am currently reading int he middle of reading this. Since it is five full books it is taking me more than a couple of hours. I got it through Kindle Unlimited originally and then liked what I had started reading that I returned it and purchased the it so I could re-read it whenever I wanted. These books are so wonderful! The fact that they are written by a man adds an edge to them that was surprising.
So Much to Read
There are so many wonderful books that come out each week. Carrie Ann Ryan and Lani Lynn Vale are both authors that I follow regularly and have for a while. Scott Heldreth was new to me and was a recommendation from Kindle. The dedication page on book one really sets the tone for the series to me and I will tell you that dedication was heartbreaking because it happens. Probably more than we will ever know. I hope that you will take a moment and check out one of these great authors this month. Of course you can always find out more about my books here.
